We are looking for enthusiastic candidate to join our software engineering and and technology development team. You will join our highly skilled and motivated support and development team. Your investigative and problem solving skills will make a valuable contribution to the success of the company. You will be given the opportunity to rapidly advance through software engineering, quality assurance, technology development teams should you demonstrate the willingness and capacity to do so. You will work within small, supportive development teams. You will be involved in the conception, development and support of bespoke software and web development products and solutions.

The successful candidate will preferably possess a diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or any other related courses. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate a passion for information and communication technology.

Demonstration of basic knowledge of programming is desirable. Good interpersonal skill, strong and persuasive communication and presentation skill is highly desireable. Experience with any programming language syntax would be useful. Having knowledge and skill in HTML/XHTML, CSS and JavaScript will be an added advantage.

• Ensures the prompt resolution of client software issues of moderate complexity through data analysis and functional troubleshooting. This process employs various development tools, adheres to best-practice communication, coordinates team testing efforts, and utilizes available tools for issue resolution. The significance of software support lies in its role in providing answers to software-related queries, delivering updates, and addressing software bugs.
• Implement software/application for new and existing clients and perform regular onsite or offshore support to the client.
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
• Delivering regular software demonstration, training and consultancy to teams within and outside the business.
• Managing customer support ticketing system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Implementation support of software solutions at client site.
• Assisting with systems integrations.
• Identify customer needs, analyze customer requirements/problems and need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise solution to the customer for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
• Developing reports for teams across the business.
• Maintaining existing applications and provide technical support to relevant stakeholders
• Working closely and collaborating with other members of the Software Development team

Qualification

• Candidate must possess diploma in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or any other related courses.
