Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has placed a ban on Sunshine Stars welfare officer, Abdulrahaman Abdulsalam.
Abdulsalam has been banned for three matches with immediate effect.
The Sunshine Stars official has been barred from all the club’s activities for the duration of the ban.
The NPFL charged Abdulsalam for unguarded public statements.
The sanctions, according to the NPFL is a corrective measure to ensure that all participants hold the league in high standards.
Abdulsalam has also tendered an apology for his misconduct and unguarded public statements.
