If you forgot your account password you can recover or restore/recover your account
On the login page click on recover you account link and follow the instructions that follow.
i. On recover your account page, input account email address
ii. Click on search button. This will check if your email address is correct.
iii. Click on Send Code button request for account recovery code
iv. A recovery code will be sent to your email address
v. Input the Seven digit Code
vi. Click on continue button to confirmed the code
vii. You will be requested to change your password
viii. Input the New password and continue
ix. You will received a massage that your password was successfully changed
x. You can now login with the new password
