Requisition status includes

1. Open  - Yet to be sent for approval
2. Pending – Not yet approved
3. Approved  - Approved by all levels
4. Declined – Canceled
5. RFQ Sent – RFQ was sent to vendors
6. Quotation Finalized – Vendors quotation is inputted and finalized for approval
7. Vendor Selected – Vendors approved and selected
8. LPO Generated – LPO was generated
9. Completed  -  Good delivered and payment made
