Management committee approval will be required if a requisition total cost is greater than N5,000,000 for OPEX and greater than N25,000,000 for CAPEX.

Member of management committee include MD/CEO and any three of 

1. Director, Finance and Corporate Asset
2. Director, IT Operation
3. Executive Director
4. Group Head, Enterprise Risk

Management Committee Approval is requested after requisition approval is carried out by Director, Finance and Corporate Asset. An email will be sent out to individual member of the committee.

1. On ‘My Approvals’ menu, select ‘Mgt. Committee’ to see list of pending tasks waiting for approval
2. Click on ‘Approve’ link on the requisition, this will take you to approval page
3. On management committee approval tab, change ‘Status’ to ‘Approved’ and click ‘Update’ button to save approval.
4. After all member of the committee make their approval, the requisition status will be changes to ‘Approved’.
5. Email notification will be sent to Procurement Admin to send RFQ to vendors
